Анотація

The article developed a broadband microwave power control device based on a rectangular waveguide partially filled by dielectric. An open nonlinear structure (open- type nonlinear resistance) is used as a control element, which is included in the dielectric plate of a rectangular waveguide partially filled by dielectric. The construction of such a device and its equivalent circuit are shown. For such an equivalent circuit, the transmission matrix and the scattering matrix are written. The elements of these matrices are normalized conductivities of waveguides with an open nonlinear structure. The modules of the transmission coefficient and the reflection coefficient are written. The phase constant of the main quasi-H10 wave of a rectangular waveguide partially filled by dielectric with an open nonlinear structure is written explicitly. The numerical results of the dependence of the modulus of the transfer coefficient on the active component of the complex conductivity of a segment partially filled by dielectric of a rectangular waveguide with an open nonlinear structure and the modulus of the reflection coefficient on the active component of the complex conductivity of a segment partially filled by dielectric of a rectangular waveguide with an open nonlinear structure are presented in the form of graphs. These dependences are plotted for fixed values of the reactive component of the complex conductivity of a segment partially filled by dielectric of a rectangular waveguide with an open nonlinear structure. Expressions for the absorption coefficient are found. The normalized active conductivity at which the absorbed power is maximum is determined. It is noted in the article that the creation of a control device based on a rectangular waveguide partially filled by dielectric with an open nonlinear structure is not a common circuit problem.
