Features of providing QoS quality characteristics in the LTE-Advanced network regulated by 3GPP TR 23.401 on the basis of the concept of end-to-end quality of service E2E are considered. To find the characteristics of QoS in the LTE-Advanced network, the principles of formation of EPS traffic flows of different QCI service classes for network sections (E-UTRAN radio access network and EPC reference packet network) are defined. The solution of the problem of finding the QoS quality characteristics of traffic service in the E-UTRAN/LTE-Advanced network, such as bandwidth, queue length of IP packets and average packet delay time for unidirectional virtual end-to-end channels of EPS traffic flow services in the mobile network E -UTRAN/LTE-Advanced. Two network QoS quality characteristics were investigated using the node tensor method with k-classes of traffic service - the average delay time of IP packets and the queue length of IP packets in the E-UTRAN/LTE-Advanced mobile communication network. Two QCI service classes are considered for EPS traffic flows of guaranteed GBR and non-guaranteed Non-GBR baud rate for video streaming services (Buffering streaming) and TCP/IP-based services. The value of the average delay time of IP packets in the LTE-Advanced network for the default end-to-end channel without a guaranteed non-GBR transmission rate and a dedicated end- to-end channel with a guaranteed GBR transmission rate was obtained. The values of the average delay time of IP packets were found, taking into account the delay time of IP packets in the buffer devices eNodeB and serving gateways S-GW. Practical recommendations are given for the use of the results of the study of the obtained characteristics of the quality of traffic service network E-UTRAN/LTE-Advanced. The obtained values of QoS characteristics for different QCI classes of each type of traffic while sharing available network resources E-UTRAN/LTE-Advanced allows you to choose the appropriate network hardware and software, such as eNodeB base stations, serving S-GW and packet gateways P- GW packet network EMF.
