The journal publishes the results of basic and applied research in all relevant areas of infocommunications and computer technologies and provides important information for practical use by scientists, engineers, graduate students and students.
The journal also publishes articles by foreign scientists, which can be considered a feature of the international scientific journal.
Articles are published in English (preferably) and Ukrainian.
References to bibliographic data, including Latin, are given for known required results.
The policy of reviewing articles is to involve professional members of the editorial board and well-known domestic and foreign scholars in the review, covering the proposed list of issues and providing comments and recommendations. A double-blind review is conducted.
The editorial policy of the journal promotes the tendency to affiliate members of the editorial board and authors of articles, to meet the requirements of high ethical and professional standards of publications, to ensure the rights of authors.
The journal is registered in the "Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine" database of the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadskyi.
The journal is indexed in the international scientific-metric database Index Copernicus. Measures are being taken to promote the journal to the international scientific metric database Web of Science.
